How does the program work?

Your first consultation will be a thorough assessment of your health profile, food diary and general nutrition also your planning and time management, lifestyle, exercise, motivational drivers and so on. This will enable the food coach to ensure that the program can be adapted to fit your personal requirements.
Then, dependant on which program package you choose and what you want to achieve, the following benefits will be available to you:-
  •  Behavioural change goals will be given and monitored over a twelve week to twelve month  treatment program.
  •  A Personalised Nutrition plan based on the type of eater that you are and your health  conditions/lifestyle.
  •  Detailed feedback on your food diary
  •  Monitoring of activity levels and implementation of an exercise program
  •  Sessions/modules aimed at; motivation, planning, barriers to weight loss, education on nutrition and  health issues, cooking and portion control.
  •  The full package can also include food shopping tours and practical advice
  •  Advice and support between sessions by email
